Step 2: Obtain a copy of your Burial Transit Permit or Crematory Recipt.

Step 3: Write a check or create a money order payable to Release at Sea for the amount of $250 USD.

Step 4: Use the United States Postal Services for shipping to us, this is required by law.

Step 5: Ship us your Release Form, Burial Transit Permit or Crematory Recipt, and your check or money order to the following address:
